Key Points from the Show with Amy Schuber You are the one you have been waiting for, an idea inspired by a Hopi poem Amy heard, pulls together so much of her message. While we all look for help and answers from others, the reality is, we are the ones we need to look to.
Sometimes, when you feel like your situation isn't fitting with your gut, that may be all the permission you need to do something else. Sometimes, we feel obligation to others as being so strong that we can't leave a situation we don't align with, but the permission needs to come from us.
There is so much to be said for feeling empowered by your own capabilities to allow you to survive tough situations that may seem dangerous or too consequential if you don't believe in yourself.
When one area is out of alignment in our lives, there are usually other things that aren't where we want them. When we fix one area, we often positively impact others. We are interconnected, dynamic people, not a combination of discrete compartments that have nothing to do with each other.
