Colin Moffett, managing partner of Artemis Ward, talks about year-one as a new digital agency, staying relevant in the "Wild West" world of modern marketing, and what brands can learn from Bill Murray.
After founding the digital shop at global PR firm Weber Shandwick, and growing it to an award-winning team of 30, Colin Moffett bid farewell to big-agency life in order to start his own strategic branding and digital marketing company focused on "modern-day storytelling." With more than 15 years in the industry, Colin has worked with consumer brands, non-profits, and corporations of all sizes. He also teaches at Georgetown University.
In this episode, we talk to Colin about leaving a cushy job to create something of his own, the evolution of marketing, and what he looks for in clients and employees.
